Guided Mushroom Foray, August 10, 2024

Eleven fungi enthusiasts joined Corie Constantino of the Boston Mycological Club on a walk around an open space in Waltham in search of mushrooms. It was a warm morning after much rain had fallen, so conditions were good. After seeing a descent number of interesting fungi, we were hugely rewarded at the end with a gorgeous Chicken of the Woods on a tree far off the path in the woods.
