Join us for guided tours of the Storer Conservation Area and the grounds of Stonehurst, arts and crafts, healthy snacks, and more.

In this Let's Move Waltham! event, WLT teams up with Healthy Waltham and the Friends of Stonehurst to show families the beauty of Stonehurst and its expansive grounds. At 12:30, WLT will lead a walk in the Storer Conservation Area along the Western Greenway, and at 2:30, Friends of Stonehurst will lead a tour of the mansion's exterior and ruins. Kids activities include making masks from fallen leaves, creating nature bookmarks, and learning about healthy Halloween treat alternatives. Snacks provided by Hannaford. Please bring water bottles and a picnic lunch. Free trolley shuttle from Waltham Common: Leave Waltham Common: 12:00, 12:40, 1:20, 2:00, 2:40, 3:20. Leave Stonehurst: 12:20, 1:00, 1:40, 2:20, 3:00, 3:40. Final drop off at the Waltham Common at 4:00.
