This month, the Fall Walking Group will go upstream along the Charles River from the Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center for a guided, pre-sunset tour.
WLT and the Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center have organized a joint Fall Walking Group to encourage walking as a fun and effective form of exercise. Each fall month, the group will complete one of the routes found in the Waltham City Walks brochure (Spanish and French Creole versions available by request). This month, the group will walk the "Riverwalk Park Route" in a lovely pre-sunset stroll. Join us and meet new people!
