Take a Steampunk-inspired stroll along the Charles River to learn about its history and look for wildlife.

Join us for an easy walk along the Charles from the Moody Street Dam downstream to wildlife viewing platforms east of Newton Street and back. We'll learn about the historic Mill building (America's first factory using water built in 1812) and its environs as we trek over the new DCR boardwalk by the Charles River Museum of Industry and Innovation. After crossing under Elm Street, we'll be on paved, level pathways and we'll look for wildlife at various locations before turning around and returning to the Watch City Festival. Costumed participants encouraged!
